Windows 10: How can I let a child in the family have google privileges

Hello.
I'm trying to find a solution for a problem I have, I'm trying to give a "child" in the family google privileges for restriction mode and I cant find any way other than making him an adult. if there isn't any way apart from making him an adult please write it too. the pic of the problem is attached.
important to say that this option cannot be switched off if i select the "off" button the setting just dont change even after a refresh.

Bypassing Family Restrictions

A family member was found watching adult content. I recently thought up of all possibilities this could happen as this member had family restrictions enabled and was tight on want showed up on that screen.

I believe this should come to Microsoft's attention as when many parents buy a laptop for their child, hoping they will use it for their research and aiding in the progress of their education, when in fact the family restrictions can be inefective if the
individual knows how and is determined to.

When a parents sets up the laptop with the childs account on, which does have restrictions but that child account has administrator privileges, meaning that the administrator can create a local account. As family restrictions only work with that specific
username/email with Microsoft's account, that user is now able to access adult content and anything not wise or otherwise fit for their age range (i.e. Pornography or other, maybe serious, sites). It could have a serious damaging effect on the child and their
future.

This fault must be raised and corrected as NO Child Account should be able to obtain administrator privileges such as that and some parents, not as computer literate, will be aware of this "hack".

 

Windows 10 Child Account has Adminsitrative Privileges

I have created a new user account using a new email address that was setup as a child account. I have verified the account as the adult and the account shows up in my family settings as a child account. I added this account to a pc and it displays as a
child account with standard user privileges when logged in with the adult administrator account. However, when logged in as the child account it displays "administrator" under the user name in account settings, and it is able to change other user's settings,
install programs, etc. - all functions that should be disabled for child/standard accounts. Can you please explain how to remove administrative privileges from the child account?

You should be able to add the URL for Google to allow it like in step 7 of OPTION TWO in the tutorial below.

I have tried this option it doesn't work I dont think i was clear and Im sorry about it my the account doesnt need to block websites, I gave him the privileges to go to every site just, the problem is google wont allow the child to turn restricted mode off (like shown in the photo) although the child has access to every site. Is there anything to do about that or the only solution is to make the kid an adult

 

Ah, I see. Sorry, I thought you were referring to Microsoft Family instead of Google.

I'm afraid that I'm not familiar with Google's settings though. *Sad
