Windows 10: How can I remove "English United Kingdom" from the language bar on Windows 10 Build 18362?

On my PC, I have two keyboards on my language bar -- "English United States" and "English United Kingdom":





I can't find a way to remove the United Kingdom one. When I click on "Language Preferences" in the language bar, I'm shown this:





There, in "Preferred languages", when I click on "English United States", and then on "Options", I'm shown this:





I don't see "English United Kingdom" anywhere, so I can't remove it.


In Power Shell, which I run as administrator, when I run the command "Get-WinUserLanguageList", the result is:

There's no "English United Kingdom" anywhere. So, why is it on my language bar and how can I remove it? It's EXTREMELY frustrating when I install my native language, and then I have two English keyboards and my native keyboard in the language bar, and if I need to switch from native to English and then back to native, I have to switch through the "English United Kingdom", but that's very irritating. How can I remove the "English United Kingdom"?

Oh, by the way, in the language settings, in section "Windows display language", I have this:





So, I have "English United Kingdom" there but I have no idea how to remove it. And I don't know if *that* is causing the problem with the language bar.

Sorry, I should have mentioned I brought the laptop yesterday. It is a Dell XPS 15. I did set up the installation and remember scrolling to find United Kingdom at the first step.
