Windows 10: How to change from US to UK keyboard?

I have Win 10 Pro. I have an account for myself, with Admin privileges. I also have an account called "Kids".

My account has the English (UK) keyboard by default. The Kids account has a US keyboard - also by default. I want the Kids account to have an English keyboard (no disrespect to Donald).

Here's what I tried:

Control Panel > Language > Eng (UK) > Options > Add an input method

Now I can add any language except Eng UK. Both the language and Add buttons are disabled.

Please advise me how to change from US to UK keyboard.

HELP!! - Toshiba driver update for Toshiba Hotkey Driver - Error 0x800f0203

I'm now running Windows 10 upgraded from Windows 7 & I have the same continuous problem with the update

I tried your Method 1 to fix it which said changes have been made to my computer & to try & update again which failed.. again & the same message above came up again. My laptop is secure as I run Norton 360, so what should I do next to try & fix this problem?
My laptop is a Toshiba satellite L650.

Uk not US how to change

im trying to link my daughters email address to mine but when i get to the part where i enter my home address the country is locked as US.

i have tried setting the clock and region to UK and rebooting but still no change.

any help please or ill have to set up a different email provider.

Any help is much appreciated.
