Do you know how to update windows 10 1903 without internet?


I tried to update windows 10 1903 without internet but i failed.

the customer center announcer said that "we don't know that and we don't have solution about that. but you can read some document for update on microsoft site." It was not helpful.

I don't understand that why they don't offer update windows 10 without internet.

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.
