Windows 10: Hyper V disabled and cannot be enabled and Peer-to-peer network issues

PC number 1:
HP Pavilion 15-ak100ne Touch
PS: I changed nothing in it so feel free to not ask me and search it's specs in HP's website

PC number 2:
HP Z420 Workstation

AMD ATI Radeon HD 4600 series
Intel Xeon E5 1603
8 GB RAM

Dial up modem

PS: All security measures in the UEFI BIOS are enabled Intel TXTLT, Hyper V etc so some Hyper V drivers AND Most importantly the GPU driver have an exclamation mark next to them in the Device manager BTW because of that the GPU underperforms while:
A Gaming
B Barebone Windows Resolution


For PC number 1: it can never access files on PC number 2 for some reason though both have relaxed settings for sharing but not vice versa
For PC number 2: Hyper V adapters are disabled and cannot be enabled for some reason and as I said one driver of them has an ! mark

Peer to Peer Connection in home network.

Make sure to allow the golf program in Windows firewall settings.

Add or Remove Allowed Apps through Windows Firewall in Windows 10 | Tutorials

Also look at the help pages for the golf game and see which ports it needs opened. Is your network connection listed as Private? That probably needs to be checked as well:

 

Windows 10 Peer to Peer Network

• No changes were made, it is a brand new machine.
• None - asked the question here.
• AS I stated above, I keep getting the error The user name or password is incorrect

Is there any tutorials on how to set up a peer to peer network via a CAT5 cable so that I might see where I went awry?

As you are unable to access the connected computer on Peer-to Peer connection, we will help you with this issue.

Step 1: Make sure that Password Protected Sharing is turned off
on your computer and check if it helps.

Steps to follow:

• 
  OpenControl Panel window
  
• 
  Select Network and Sharing Center
  
• 
  Select Advanced sharing settings
  
• 
  Under Password Protected Sharing, check mark
  Turn off Password Protected Sharing
  

Step 2: I suggest you to disable firewall and anti-virus installed on your computer and check if it helps.
