    I can't download anything


    I can't download anything and it is making me angry. I have windows 10. I tried disabling my anti-virus and firewall and it is not working.

    They are it is saying I need to do something with the family settings and I already have family settings and me and my mom have been trying to figure it out but we can't, what will I do with my family settings?

    I called the company, and they say I won't be able to download a windows 10 friendly version of the software. Apparently you don't support it. I was trying to download htc sync manager. This really makes me angry. This windows 10 download is nothing but trouble. I keep having different kinds of problems. I can't find things easily, it's a mess. I hate it.
