Windows 10: install of 1903 error

When booting Win 10 Ver 1903 goes to the trouble screen {light blue} and shows three boxes with choose operating system all three boxes say volume 2 with windows 10 ???? Which one do you pick and why does this happen as this has never happened before and I have been with windows since win 95 and am 77 years old. I have updated 2 other machines and no problem. This computer is a home built AMD Ryzen 5 with 16gb of ram. and started out with window 7 and all win 10 versions

any help would be appreciated

Can't open Windows Sandbox Error 0x80070002


Microsoft has acknowledged this issue now:

Windows Sandbox may fail to start with error code “0x80070002”Windows Sandbox may fail to start with "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (0x80070002)" on devices in which the operating system language is changed during the update process when installing Windows 10, version 1903.


Affected platforms:

• Client: Windows 10, version 1903

Next steps: We are working on a resolution and estimate a solution will be available in late June.

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
