    The resent update of my windows made my GPU perform less! its really anoying to see this I'm having a RTX 2080Ti watercooled, and its only being used arounf 40 - 60% ?! tried DDU to uninstall the GPU drivers several times and still the same! my current windows version and build is 1903(Os Build 18362.329) got an update today and this issue start. I know this is from windows cause I've tried booting from my external SSD with an older windows and the issue is gone so please FIX your UPDATE before you roll it out! BTW imusing a WINDOWS 10 PRO! PAID AND AUTHENTIC !

    Not listed in the Known.

    Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


    As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


    I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

    Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

    This critical update is not listed there, for 11/5/2019 i see only Definition Updates for windows defender antivirus and in Drivers section i see only my attempts to update or reinstall Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®
