    Update yesterday makes everything crash

The computer is a Dell Inspiron 15 - 3000 series (3543) core i3. I have gotten blue screens saying MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, BAD_POOL_HEADER, and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. And for a bonus I have had to restore it to a previous restore point this morning and
it worked for about 30-45 minutes then crashed and wont reboot.

    Blue Screen Error

Hello, for about a week now i have been getting blue screen errors. I have wiped the computer and it is still occuring. After i wiped it the blue screen error only has been showing 2 errors. memory_managment and kernal_data_inpage_error I have not added
any new computer parts before the Error. I own a lenovo erazer x315 with 2 8GB hyperX ram sticks in June. I went to add a SSd plugged it but plugged it out after it didnt work and i gave up. After this my computer blue screened twice with memory_managment
errors and it didnt happen for the rest of night. The next morning it blue screened every 15 mins. After I wiped the computer I can be on chrome and such without blue screen. When i went to go scan with the lenovo solutions center it blue screened. After i
went to download a game it blue screened. I have ran memory diagnostics, chkdsk, verified drivers. Nothing seems to work. I checked my RAM sticks and they seemed fine inside the computer. Any help would be great. If need the minidump folder a little help sharing
that here would be great. Thank you.

EDIT: After about 45 mins on chrome Blue screened and error bad_pool_header came up

Hello and welcome to TenForums *Smile

Looking at one of your dumps I found reference to the graphics driver without symbols:
Code: ffffb700`12abc448 fffff801`368fe40fUnable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_2386fda73b467ac8\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys nvlddmkm+0x2ee40f[/quote] Please reinstall the NVidia driver. The best way to do this is to uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your Graphics card manufacturer or from the NVidia website. When you do this be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

There were only two dump files so please make sure you are not deleting them with CCleaner. You can change the settings so that CCleaner leaves the mini-dump files on the system.

Hi dark47killer I see your Icon resemblance to philc43

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    1) winver (in the pop up about windows > view your windows version and build > type this information into the thread)

    2) sfc /scannow

    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    4) chkdsk /scan

When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    5) Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 runs.
This may take many hours so plan to run it overnight.
    http://www.memtest.org/
When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more runs make an image of the results to post into the thread.

Which antivirus programs have been used over the past few months?
Which antivirus programs are currently being used?
The debugging of the bsod indicate that the ESET software has malfunctioning drivers.
Please use the control panel to uninstall the software.
And then complete the un-installation using the ESET uninstall tool: Uninstall ESET manually using the ESET uninstaller toolESET Knowledgebase

Please use Microsoft Windows defender during the troubleshooting process.

If you can temporarily change the default language to English and post the DM log that would enable us to troubleshoot the logs.

Please run the administrative commands again from post#6

There was/is corruption of the operating system.

    Create a restore point now.

Create a backup image of the drive using Macrium: Macrium Software | Your image is everything

Press control alt delete simultaneously to open task manager.

When the task manager pop up appears view the menu bar and click on file.

Then click on run new task.

    then type:
    shutdown /r

    This will reboot the computer.

    When the computer reboots:
    1) follow the steps above to uninstall ESET
    2) turn on windows defender
    3) open administrative command prompt and run again these commands:
    a) sfc /scannow
    b) dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    c) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    d) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

If this is a new computer I would take it back to where you bought it and get them to fix it or give you one that works. You should not be having this trouble on a new PC.
