    Downloading file in Edge creates erroneous file permissions

    Hi John,

    For better assistance, we'd like to know the following:

    • Were there any changes made to your computer prior to this issue?
    • Do you encounter the same issue with all the downloaded files through Microsoft Edge?
    • Can you provide us a sample screenshot of the file with "Unknown User?"

    After checking, we won't be able to delete since the unknown users with "S-1-15-..." SID are not listed in the Users directory. We suggest contacting our
