    Please remove ASRock utilities.
Pre-installed manufacturer software are known causes for problems.

I think the GPU is damaged, everything runs fine n smooth without it, and it started adding artifacts with the crashes

Please install the GPU drivers and do the GPU test

    Run Furmark tutorial

Note Run Furmark for around 30 minutes

Warning Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if temperatures rise too high

Please do the following after furmark:

    • Open taskmanager
      • Go to the tab startup
      • disable everything
    • Search msconfig and open it
      • Go to the tab services
      • Check 'hide microsoft services'
      • Uncheck all other services
      • Click apply and click ok
    • Reboot if asked

This is a clean boot, we need to find out if a program is communicating with the wrong memory.

See if the problem persist, if the problem does not persist enable in the startup tab in taskmanager 1 item and in the services tab in msconfig also 1 service, reboot and see if the problem persist. Keep doing this until you find the culprit or there is nothing left.

Can't run the seagate app as it shows up not responding every time, though i'm going to do a fresh install on a different HDD if that's the case

If the HDD is failing, then you should backup your data as soon as possible and get a new HDD also as soon as possible.

It would be sad though cause it's a brand new HDD.
ATM every time i power it on it gets stuck while booting " Diagnosing and repairing C drive" or something like that.

Gonna borow my friends also new HDD tommorow, install windows os in it and try to run it.
Would the errors match up with hdd failure?

The latest problems are really pointing at a failing HDD, that it is very new isn't really a reason that it cannot be failing in such a short time (although normally it doesn't)
When you have a new HDD, please use seatools on the other HDD, to confirm whether or not the HDD is failing.
If the HDD is failing and I assume you still have warranty, I would RMA it.

Then the only left cause is a failing/faulty mainboard.
Only way to test this is to replace it.

I cannot open the dump file, looks like corrupted.
Please upload the dump again (not directly, but zipped)
