Windows 10: Multiple issues

ok, here's the deal..........

all of a sudden, all programs/windows inherit the "stay on top" option.

if i have 2 programs open, click the taskbar icon to switch to the other one, nothing happens; i can only see it if i minimize the current one.
if i have 2 programs half-sized and click on one to bring it to the forefront.... nada.

if i click a link in Thunderbird, it only loads in Chrome.... in the background, etc.

i've played around the options via right-clicking the taskbar (cascade, stacked, etc.) hoping it'd "loosen some setting up", but no love.

please someone have an idea. this is driving me insane. *Mad

Thank you once again. That would be the normal way to proceed, but that's what I did initially and the pics are never all in one folder no matter what I do: not camera roll, not OneDrive...very strange. I'll keep trying though!

2) I blocked an email address from my outlook hotmail account and still receive emails from that address.

Try removing and re-blocking the account again. Open outlook mail on a different device, does the mail get blocked there? If so, check if you have available app updates on your phone.

The messages from the blocked address are showing up everywhere. Not blocked at all. Tried what you suggested, but unless/until I get another message from the person have no way to know if it's blocked or not.

As well, still having trouble with photos transferring easily from my Windows phone to my PC, and still working with someone else's response to the Office 2007 issue.

If not too long ago, do a system restore. Pick a date you did NOT have this problem as your restore point.

That has nothing to do with tablet mode. Please look at the tutorial.

Start, Settings, System, Tablet Mode. Switch to off.

K. Try turning it on, then back off.

yeah, but i'm not doing a restore.

fixed too many other whacky things lately.

someone somewhere else mentioned Tweaker, are you familiar with it?
i'd give it a go if i knew what option i should check/try to fix.
