My lenovo tablet updated windows10 last night and now my onboad keyboard is bright white. It's horrible!!!

I have tried following advice online... gone into settings and changed colours to "dark" which just turns all backgrounds black including the keyboard. I then changed the colour to custom and clicked on "custom" and then chose "light" for windows and "dark for apps and this changes the task bar back to normal dark colour but the keyboard is still a bright white.lease help. I can't stand the glare from this new keyboard!

• Turn off the on screen keyboard.

Step 2: Turn off tablet mode

I suggest you to turn off tablet mode, as it may also be the cause for the issue.

• Open Start menu, type tablet mode settings in search bar and click on it.
• Turn off the tablet mode option and check if it helps.

how do I disable on screen keyboard in windows 10 ?

This does NOT work as there is no option to disable the virtual keyboard in Ease of Access

This **** VIRTUAL KEYBOARD is a major pain in the ass!

Is there a registry edit that can kill it, PERMANENTLY
