Windows 10: Never ending loading screen starting my computer

Hey, so i've been having more problems with my PC and i hope you could help me cause of you being so helpfull last time. So this time i've been having a worse problem than the pc crashing while using it. Now my Computer won't even start, when i do turn on my PC it goes past the manufactor part and gets into what i call the windows boot (Where you see the spinning wheel and it gets to your login page) But this time, the computer just does not get past a part of the loading. When you gett to the spinning white wheel my Computer just gets stuck on that screen, the wheel spinns but nothing happens. After 30-60 Min the computer turns itself off and if i try to start it again the same problem happens again. I cannot boot into safe mode cause i can't get so far into the boot that i am able to do so.

Thanks a bunch for the help. The loading icon is not just when the internet is up though. It's all the time from the moment I start my computer. It's like there's some process going on I can't find and it never stops loading.

Are you able to go into the BIOS? If you can could you please let me know what the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values are currently?
Do you have recovery media from which you can boot? I would like to know what format your boot drive is, MBR or GPT, so I know what steps we need to use.

I would almost say that you're lucky, as I'm currently reading how the startup & shutdown process of Windows works internally *Smile

 

Okay, so i got your value's for the 3.3v 5v and 12v. But some sad news is that i don't have any recovery media from which i could boot. My boot drive is a Sata (i was not exactly sure what you ment) my 3.3v value: 3.392. my 5v value is: 5.136 and 12: 11.904

 

The format is how Windows has been installed *Smile
- MBR is Master Boot Record
- GPT is GUID Partition Table
Both formats have a different setup, MBR has a partition called 'System Reserved' which is used for certain things where the most important thing is the boot process.
GPT has a partition called EFI partition and another called Recovery partition, the EFI partition is used for the boot process.

There are ways for both formats to fix the boot problem, but each format requires a different approach which is why it is important to know what format is used.

Please see if you can find access to a working computer with Windows 10, follow this tutorial to create recovery media which is what we'll need. Without recovery media we can't do much.

 

Okay, so we found out that i have Uefi Motherboard so (GPT) And i made a recovery drive USB from my low performance Laptop. I hope its not a problem that the pc i made it from is pretty poor.

 

Please try to boot from the USB drive through the boot options *Smile

Yes, go to the advanced troubleshooting options which is in 'Troubleshoot'.
In the advanced troubleshooting you have the option 'startup repair'.
Run the startup repair option, reboot and run it again. Do this process at least 3 times.

 

I don't know if its supposed to do this, but after i do it it says, StartupRepair cannot repair the computer

That message has occured many times to many users. I have seen it myself when I needed to repair the startup of my TP version of Windows 10, I ran startup repair as I described in this thread + I ran chkdsk through command prompt in the recovery options also a 3 times with reboot between each time. After I ran startup repair 3 times and chkdsk 3 times I made a first attempt to boot into the TP version of Windows 10 and I could boot again without problems *Smile

The chkdsk command I ran was chkdsk C: /r, /r attempts to fix errors and recovery of readable data.

 

So, for how long was i supposed to do this. Done 10 times now

 

Try the same with chkdsk, the command I posted *Smile

 

Okay, So now i booted in to my pc after the commands, and it started saying Updating System (0%) I think this is a good thing, hopefully it does not get stuck on 0%
