Windows 10: New KB4520390 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 RP Sept. 24 Insider

Microsoft has released a new Servicing Stack update KB4520390 required for Release Preview ring.

This update will automatically be installed before Windows 10 Build 18362.385 19H1 or 18363.385 19H2.

New KB4515383 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 v1903 - Sept. 10

This kind of update (servicing stack) not appears in windows update, it's automatically installed, isn't?. For example, not appear in windows update (dd/mm/yyyy)
