    I am not sure if this is the right place to post this request, but I am not able to get the Twitter live tile running on my Mom's new laptop. The laptop came with Windows 10 already installed as the main operating system.

    When the Twitter live tile would not work, I initially tried turning the live tile off and then back on. When that did not work, I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Twitter. The live tile is still not working. I don't remember if upon reinstalling if I was asked if the app should be allowed to run in the background.

    I found this sub-forum with guidance on how to allow apps to run in the background. On my Mom's computer, when I go to Setting/Privacy/Background Apps the list of Apps that I can turn on and off does not include Twitter. I also have Windows 10 on my computer and my Twitter live tile is working. Twitter is on my list of Background Apps that can be modified and it is turned on.

    If anyone knows how to add Twitter to the list of Background Apps, so that I can turn it on or off on my Mom's computer, please let me know what I need to do.
