Windows 10 Pro Same updates, Install Multiple times!

I have a Windows 10 Pro workstation which has Office 365 Pro Plus 2016 installed. The system Info is below.

When (exact date) did you upgrade the Win7 computer to Win10?

Was the upgrade offered & installed via Windows Update or did you choose to upgrade manually?

What version of Office was installed prior to the upgrade (e.g., Office 2013 Click-to-run; Office 365; Office 2013 Professional)?

After update Office, was version 15.0.4833.1001 installed?

What Office version is currently installed (e.g., Office 2016 Standard)?
