Windows 10: PC cant get 1903 update

Its been 4 weeks and the update doesnt show up in the "update" in settings. When I click download the update on the microsoft page it brings me to the settings app in Windows. I tried to download the update tool from microsoft's website, and it said my device was compatible for the update, but after it finished downloading it automatically exited out and I restarted and checked, it said 1809 instead of 1903. IDK why it didnt just show up there in the first place, but it should have. PLEASE HELP

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

Win 10 1803 to 1903 update

My Desktop computer running Win 10 updated from version 1803 to 1903 a while back, but my Desktop running Win 10 version 1803

I'm assuming the update 1803 to 1903 has now resumed after the earlier problems caused a suspension?

Any thoughts, suggestions?

 

USB issue with win10 1903 update

2. What do you mean when you say "sub-directory link" and "if its saved on a USB drive"?
3. Is the USB drive letter changing itself after the 1903 update?
