  1. PC will not automatically sleep after November 2019 Windows 10 update

All was working just fine with regard to my PC automatically entering sleep mode until the November 2019 Windows 10 update. The only way that I can get it to enter sleep mode now is by doing manually. Not only will the PC not automatically sleep, but my monitor will also not enter sleep mode while the PC is awake. Nothing was changed prior to the update. I have since looked at every setting that might affect sleep mode and none of them are set in a way that would theoretically prevent sleep. Given that I have not changed any hardware or updated software prior to the onset of the problem, has Microsoft inadvertently introduced a change (or perhaps a bug) that could be incompatible with what I have? Are there modified registry entries that could be the culprit? Is there a way to determine what process is preventing the monitor from sleeping? Is there a way to determine what process is keeping the PC from sleeping?

    :)

    Spoiler Office 2019
Last year at Ignite, we announced Office 2019 – the next perpetual version of Office that includes apps (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Skype for Business) and servers (including Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business). Today we’re pleased to share the following updates:

    • Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
    • Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
      • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
      • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
      • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
    • The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.
