Windows 10: Problems like temporary freezing when upgrading to 1903

My Toshiba Satellite Radius 14 L40W-C-119 works really fine with windows 10 1803.


When I update to 1903, I encounter temporary or not freezes, the mouse not responding or responding late and the CPU working at close to 100% instead of the normal few %.


I had to restore to 1803.


Now, Microsoft tells me I have to update by November 12, 2019.


I do not want to update to a Windows product that makes my PC almost unusable, and I want to keep this PC. Will I be able to keep 1803?


Is it fair that Microsoft will force me to buy a new touch screen PC?

Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

There's a temporary problem with the service - Unable to login to Windows 10

This did not work.

I am STILL receiving the following error when attempting to reset:

• There is a temporary problem with the service. Please try again.If you continue to get this message, try again later.

The suggestions so far have not helped.
