Windows 10: Quality Updates for Win 10 Version 1903

Hi there just interested to know if anyone else has more than three Quality Updates for Win 10 Version 1903. I've

had the Version 1903 for over 3 weeks now and curious as I expected more updates than these?


As of today these are the only three Quality Updates I have on my system:


1) Cumulative Update for x64-based system ( KB4497935 )

2) Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for x64-based system ( KB4497932 )

3) Cumulative Update for .Net Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for x64-based system (KB4495620)


The rest of the updates are the usual antivirus updates

Win 10 1803 to 1903 update

My Desktop computer running Win 10 updated from version 1803 to 1903 a while back, but my Desktop running Win 10 version 1803

I'm assuming the update 1803 to 1903 has now resumed after the earlier problems caused a suspension?

Any thoughts, suggestions?

 

Windows 10 version 1903 Welcome screen

Having converted to Win 10 version 1903 the background picture is now out of focus. My personal photo is still sharp.

Suggestions to correct this - lock screen does not seem to provide a solution

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.
