Random BSOD surfing/playing games. EC: 0x00000019 BAD_POOL_HEADER

Hello guys,

recently on 2 of my computers I noticed a lot of random BSOD with Error Code 0x000000019 (BAD_POOL_HEADER).

I did memory check (the windows one and memtest), I used commands like:
Code: sfc /scannow
or:
Code: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
but nothing, I've always the same problem.

So, reading the bsod dump, I saw that the problem is caused by tcpip.sys, so I tried to use an other wi-fi adapter on the first computer (and it seems solved) and the cable on the second one (and it seems ok).

Unfortunately, I need to solve on the second one the problem with my WiFi adapter (through the cable I've a very bad internet connection, through the wifi I can use the 4G LTE connection).

So I tried to download the drivers from D-Link Site (DWA 140 Revision D2) but nothing, I've always some bsod.

Specs:
- Windows 10
- SSD 120GB SATA 3
- HDD 1TB SATA 3
- 16 GB RAM
- GTX 770 OC 2GB
- WiFi adapter USB: D-Link DWA-140 Rev.D2

Security:
- MalwareBytes 3.0.6
- Avast Premier

is it possible that a recently windows update have generated this situation?

Attached to this thread a lot of exported files from your suggested utility.

thank you in advance

edit:
I tried also to uninstall MalwareBytes and Avast.

:)

It shouldn't close unless you tell it to close.

is there a way to show this pop-up with another tool? Cause if it can be useful to solve my problem I can try with an other command.

You may be able to run this command in an admin command prompt when you're in safe mode, before trying another tool *Smile

Same thing, what I can do? Do you have some idea for this? (this computer has windows installed from 6-7 months, with the same configuration)

There are a few reasons why this could occur, but some are (I assume) a little unlikely, like a glitch in Windows or malware.
Let's check your system files to see if the SFC tool finds problems that could cause this pop-up to disappear.

System File Check
Please try following:
• Open an admin command prompt
• Copy/paste "sfc /scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
• When it is finished reboot your system
• Open again an admin command prompt
• Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at %systemroot%\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Make a photo of SFC and post it.

SFC Scan completed without errors:

Avvio in corso della fase di verifica dell'analisi del sistema.100% della verifica completato Protezione risorse di Windows: nessuna violazione di integrit trovata.
I also tried with:

If this command, in admin command prompt, doesn't work, then open powershell as administrator and run the same command I posted earlier (slmgr /dlv).
Code: licensingdiag.exe -report "%userprofile%\Desktop\license.txt"
Upload the text file that should be created on your desktop.

I saw that this file contains a lot of information about my key.

What do you need about this file, refferred to my hw I only see:

Code: <Manufacturer>Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.</Manufacturer> <Model>H87-HD3</Model> <InstallDate>20160916153956.000000+120</InstallDate>
and:

Code: <HealthCheck> <Result>PASS</Result> <TamperedItems></TamperedItems></HealthCheck>
It doesn't contain your activation key, or any other information that can be used for activation.

No file that is normally generated contains, quote from the posting instructions, "personal or sensitive information about you or your data.".

I need to see the activation details of the OS, this file was missing in the zip.
It is a standard thing to check them before troubleshooting and I only need to confirm something.

In case it may help, if the license data would contain sensitive information, Microsoft would've already gotten many complaints about it world-wide years ago with previous versions of Windows.
