Hello everybody, I hope this is the correct category for posting my problem, in case not, please redirect me to the right place!

Since a few days, I keep on experiencing computer freezing a few minutes after start up. In the first place, I thought this was related to a faulty driver (wireless network adapter + bluetooth) that after each reboot appeared to have been disabled.
However, after having re-installed the driver a couple of times, this issue has stopped but the freezing is still happening. I tried stress-testing all drivers through the PC producer utilities (DELL, SupportAssist) but with no success.

Since no dump file is produced, I checked the Reliability Monitor utility to look up for the faulty event

Here's a cursory translation of the problem report (from Italian):Origin

It appears that the problem is in some piece of hardware, but despite this information I am not able to find the culprit

Can anyone hint me at how to find a solution to this? Thank you very much for any help!

    I have a laptop DELL Inspiron 17R 5737 (2013), Windows 10 Home 64-bit

According to your event log there is this event within seconds of the time provided.

Il driver video igfx ha smesso di rispondere ed è stato correttamente ripristinato.

Translated The igfx video driver has stopped responding and has been properly restored.

See you have AMD and Intel and I believe this is associated with Intel. Look for a new or OLDER driver if this just started.

Looks like you have Razor gear as well, I would update those drivers as they are listed at start of log back early November.

Additional right in there the Dell Support Assist is started. Not sure what laptop came with, 7, 8 or 10. If it wasn't 10 I don't this this is provided any benefit and may be trying to install something. Disable, monitor and decide.

  6. Thank you Ken, thank you zbook,
I attach here a zip in English. The issue with the network adapter has showed up again, with the driver being disabled and becoming hidden. I haven't tried reinstalling the Intel Graphics driver yet, will try now.

Please let me know if you find any info in the log files

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    3) chkdsk /scan
    4) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
    5) The zip was empty. Please re-run the DM log collector (give it lots of time to load and complete) > post a new zip:

There were some files that were blank.
Others were in a foreign language and could not be scanned or read.

Language - Add, Remove, and Change in Windows 10 General Tips Tutorials

Change the default language to English, re-run the DM log collector and post a new zip for troubleshooting.

BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste this whole command:

    copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\*.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop"&dxdiag /t %Temp%\dxdiag.txt&copy %Temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SFdebugFiles"&type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt" &msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"&reg export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\uninstall.txt"&reg export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components" "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\installed.txt"&net start > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\services.txt"&REM wmic startup list full /format:htable >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.html"&wmic STARTUP GET Caption, Command, User >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.txt"

Use one drive or drop box to post the files into the thread.

Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner type: C:\windows\memory.dmp > post the file into the thread using a one drive or drop box share link.

unfortunately there is no memory.dmp file

I also followed all the steps in the guide to change language, but the output is how you see it, should I leave English as the only language, and remove the original one?

For startup and recovery > settings: un-check automatic restart
This will allow you to view the BSOD windows where it will display the bugcheck and may display the misbehaving driver. If you see the misbehaving driver it will be in the form *.sys. And if you see it post it into the thread.

For Ccleaner un-check boxes for memory dumps and windows log files
