Windows 10: Reg/batch to disable "Open File - Security Warning"

Other than unblocking them as you open them, you could also use Option 5 below if you have a lot of files in a folder you wanted to unblock all at once.

I just did some more testing apparently it depends upon the site you down loaded from. There is a site I've been using since 2002 to get most of my car photos. They do not trigger the notification.

I do not know how to log in as an Administrator. I am the only one that uses this machine at one time I know I was an/the administrator. I went to Tutorials and phrased the question several ways "How to log in as an Administrator" every response was if you already were. How do I check to see if I am an administrator after logging in (which I assume is starting the machine).

Yes I did set things up correctly, I am an Administrator.

 

Sometimes there's not much you can do other than manually unblock them while opening them.

 

Well my failing memory had got me again. I will keep this window open until if find those files and try to unblock all of them.
