Windows 10: Remedy for Windows 10 not updating to build 10240

Settings---->System---->Apps&Features---->Manage Optional features and then add "insider hub". Well this is how I fixed mine and received 10240 right away.

There are a lot of possible reasons why you can't install Windows Update. One of these reasons are corrupted system files and/or system conflicts. To determine what's causing the root cause of the issue, we would like to have the screenshot of the exact
error message you're getting. Also, have you made any modifications/configurations on your computer prior to the issue?

Windows 10 build 10240 not updating to 15063

Hello group members,

I use Windows 10 on my Lenovo B590 laptop. I have an issue with Windows 10 build 10240 not updating to 15063.

Sometime back Windows upgrade manager prompted me with an upgrade to my existing version. After the download, my machine restarted and started installing the upgrade but at 40% progress, it throws a prompt "Windows could not configure one or more components.
To install windows, restart the computer and then restart the installation."

I tried this again multiple times, but the result is no different every time.

I looked into the C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\panther\setupact.log and the log is very huge (470k lines long):

I have a problem with 10162 when I clean install activation key is not active on one computer, while the other does not have inactive key. the one with inactive key cannot get updated to 10240 will your method make it to 10240?
