Windows 10: Sager W740SU - Windows 1903 - Broken Drivers

Hello!


After updating to 1903 my built in keyboard and touch pad stop functioning completely. I can connect an external mouse and keyboard and use them just fine, however even after rolling back the drivers I am without the built in keyboard and touch pad.


I have more than a couple of these systems and they are all having the same issue. Are there any known fixes yet?

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

You need to be working with Sager Support and the seller. As OEM Sager is responsible for the proper operation of both the hardware and Windows. So regardless of the cause it is theirs to resolve. Added the unit may be in need of repairs or replacement. Remember
the more you do the more they will say it is something your have done.

Local profile issue after upgrading to 1903

Not listed in the Known.

Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.
