Windows 10: Setup one drive popup

I`m in Windows 10 Home Edition-Firefox 49.0.1. One drive appears at start up which i don`t need. Unticking as in my attachment doesn`t solve the problem as that is for Windows Professional. Any solution please? *Smile

me too about 10 mins ago . had to restart laptop , got a black screen after logging in . had to restart again .. now I'm getting a constant popup saying sign into one drive ... I don't want to incase its a virus or logger ... any 1 getting the one drive

Tap where it says inbox at the top of the screen to bring up a popup list to select one of your other folders or mailbox's if you have them setup.

You're sure that you set the option to Enabled​ in the Group Policy Editor, correct? Because that might throw in a little confusion. You gotta Enable the option to Disable OneDrive.

 

There`s no Group Policy Editor in my Windows 10

.Just to stop it popping up i don` t use it. See attachment i don`t find One drive in there. I`m not experienced wit the registry.

That's correct. The key won't be in the registry by default unless added by merging the .reg file. This will set the policy for you in the registry since you don't have Group Policy to do it with instead.

 

Do i put RegEdit in run, where do i start please?

 

You would download the .reg file, and merge it following the steps in the tutorial to do so. *Smile

 

Thanks for your patience, i think i got it by doing that and getting to the DWORD and changing the value to "0" and restarting the computer. I`ll wait and see. Thanks.*Smile*Thumbs

You would want the DWORD set to "1" to disable OneDrive though.
