Suggestions to increase Bluetooth Functionality in Windows

I need to make a suggestion:

I have a bluetooth headphone. I use it both with my computer (which has a bluetooth dongle) and my andriod phone. Here's my idea. I would like to be able to toggle off the connection to the bluetooth headphone so I can switch the sound to the
desktop speakers and vice-versa On the android phone, I am able to turn off the bluetooth connection just by a toggle button. Now a toggle button to turn off bluetooth on the pc would be handy, but I also have my printer hooked up to the bluetooth
(the wi-fi radio on my printer died, HP sucks!), thus not helping me.

1. Give us the the ability to switch the audio output. bluetooth or local speakers

2. Give us the ability to toggle certain bluetooth devices on or off.

3 Give us the ability to toggle the bluetooth radio on or off. (This one shouldn't be too hard, have the toggle switch disable the driver)

Microsoft, please implement this and you would make many paying customers happy.

If you like, you could open the action center, and click/tap on the Bluetooth button to toggle it on and off like in Option 1 below. That'll make it only two clicks instead.

Most Notebooks with Bluetooth have it as part of the Wireless adapter [all4 of mine do], mechanical-switch or key-stroke turning the Wi-Fi off also turns off the Bluetooth.
