    I skipped over 1809 and upgraded directly from 1803 to 1903. All went fine but I noticed a significant slowdown in booting. It went from several seconds to 39 seconds. I have a decent desktop computer, enough memory.

    One possible culprit: I have two physical drives – SSD and non-SSD, and I hear a lot of R/W noise when booting which I did not notice before. I did run error checking on the non-SSD and it is fine.

    I ran CCleaner, did not help. I have installed the latest patches. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Upgrading from version 1803 to version 1903

    I cannot get my Windows 10 desktop to install feature upgrade version 1903. I'm stuck on 1803 and can't find a way to upgrade to 1903.

    My Desktop computer running Win 10 updated from version 1803 to 1903 a while back, but my Desktop running Win 10 version 1803

    I'm assuming the update 1803 to 1903 has now resumed after the earlier problems caused a suspension?

    Any thoughts, suggestions?

    Not listed in the Known.

    Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


    As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


    I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

    Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.
