Windows 10: Sponaneous reboots/BSOD with BugCheck 0x18

I have a user who is having problems with spontaneous reboots or bluescreens once or twice a week. I've attached the files collected with DM LogCollector. I did some basic analysis and each case it is a BugCheck 0x18, but but in my limited Windows Debug skills I don't see any driver that is causing the problem. If someone could help out and let me know if they find the same thing. Also any ideas for ways to resolve the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 10 BSODs

I've experienced three BSODs for the second day in a row. The first stated:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffff802225dc9f0, 0xfffff802225dc948, 0x0000000000000000).

The second stated:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd000b8eed5a0, 0xffffd000b8eed4f8, 0x0000000000000000)

And the third stated:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd001c93da5a0, 0xffffd001c93da4f8, 0x0000000000000000)

These occurred while I was gaming, so is it a gpu driver issue?

I just received the following error in event log after BSOD reboot,

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff800137eedcb, 0xffffd00024597e88, 0xffffd000245976a0)

Could you please help to resolve this issue?

Diagnostic Test

DRIVER VERIFIER


Warning Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
Please create a restore point.
Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.



Note Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.
