    As I look at your issue it reminds me of things in the past with windows. The truth is the only way to fix broken windows is to format and restore. Or if you have a bootable disk to run repair and copy over the system files. The real issue is we don't have
    a bootable disk for Windows Ten. Even the ISO for Windows Ten you can download and burn doesn't create a bootable repair disk for the Windows Ten operating system. You must first re-install the windows you upgraded to Windows Ten from. Then upgrade from either
    the cd you burned or from Microsoft's website when it's your turn again.

    So the only real way you are going to fix this issue is to do the factory restore function of your computer system and put it back to the way it came from the factory. Then do the windows ten upgrade. Right now Microsoft doesn't have a bootable Windows Ten
    repair disk or an ISO of the repair cd that we the public have access to. Most Computers have a CD of the Windows operating system that originally came with the computer. I would suggest you boot with that and re-install windows from it. Once you do that
    search the internet for the Windows Ten ISO and burn it to a disk. Then using the old windows, upgrade to Windows Ten from it.

    Where is system restore hidden for WINDOWS TEN??

    Press WinKey + R to bring up the Run dialog.

    Type rstrui.exe and press ENTER

    This launches the System Restore window.
