Windows 10: "This PC" has no properties

How do I enable properties to "This PC" on desktop

petrib is correct. It is a shortcut to SIM numbers.

Numbers on your SIM might not be in the position you think. Just because they appear sorted in alphabetical order in the contacts list doesn't mean that they appear in that same order on the SIM. On the SIM they appear in the order in which you input them,
unless you delete a number in which case the next one entered takes its place.

When I click a certain number on keypad on any NOKIA mobile
Then click the symbol " # ", then a number of
a contact "in my contact list" will be appeared.
Is there anyone know how is that???

Do mean no "Properties" in the context menu for when you right click on the "This PC" shortcut on your desktop when you add the "Computer" icon from OPTION ONE in the tutorial below?

Run Command Prompt (Admin) and copy/paste/enter:

Reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer" /v "NoPropertiesMyComputer" /f
Reg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer" /v "NoPropertiesMyComputer" /f

I did not explain myself well: I have context menu in "this pc" and it has properties as last item, but clicking on properties yields no response, no error message, no explorer screen with device manager etc., nothing!
can that be corrected?

of course
they relate to the problem where the context menu doesn't show the properties item
in my case you can see properties choosing it does nothing
