    Hi,

    two days ago the calculator and windows store disappeared. I could not even open them via the web store. So I followed the powershell commands that are shown here:

    Store - Re-register in Windows 10


    After doing that and rebooting, my start menu now looks like this ... no tiles at all

    Downloading my windows 10 upgrade as an iso image

    10565 is now installed, but my menu tiles are missing, so after i've sorted that problem, i'll try that route. It's never ending lol.

    Lost Tiles on Windows 10

    When I click on the Start Menu my Tiles showing all apps are missing. How do I restore this?

    I am assuming the went missing after an upgrade?

    Create a restore point.

    Doing some reading and in a number of threads it suggested the first powershell command should be

    Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

    And you should try for all users

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    You may wish to google the execution policy unrestricted. I don't wish to make situation worse.

    Myself I think I would try System restore if this doesn't work and I would go back at least a week.
    You might also try a system repair from the advance startup option.

    I notice you are an Acornis users, have you taken a system image lately.
