if I have a .bat file how can I get the .reg file so as to apply the First Option to enable a bat from from recognizing an app?

 

I'm not sure what you mean, but you could leave the .bat files on your desktop, and click on them as needed to toggle on/off.

I found a problem while using both .bat.
When I unhide the taskbar the "Action Center" icon appears and appears (even though I hide it).

How can I avoid reappearing the Action Center icon?

I do NOT want to kinda uninstall the Action Center. I simply don't want to have it active when I unhide the task bar

 

The Action Center icon will show on the taskbar by default. The setting in this tutorial is unrelated to it, but you can use the method in the tutorial below to only turn off the Action Center icon without disabling it.

BUT when I hide and then unhide with that .bat, the Action Centers gets turned on. That's my point. How can I avoid that. Is it not possible to add at the .bat a command not to do that?

 

It appears that simply restarting explorer causes the Action Center icon to show again.

The problem is that restarting explorer is required to manually turn on/off auto-hide taskbar instead of doing so in Settings.

Process Monitor doesn't reveal any possible way to add to the .bat file to turn off the Action Center icon. *Sad

Well, it depends on how badly you want the Action Center gone.

Currently, the options I can think of is to either disable the Action Center, or turn on/off auto-hide taskbar via Settings instead. *Sad

It depends on if you use the Action Center. It's the main hub for all your notifications and quick actions.
