Windows 10: Turning on Dark Mode/Theme for Windows 10 - Need Help

Hi guys,


I have just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 in hopes for the dark mode. Previously on Windows 7 I was using a dark theme. I was looking to enable dark mode on Windows 10 BUT without installing any themes or anything to keep things lite and smooth. I just want a dark mode overall with dark colors and accents. I followed a guide to turning on dark mode but it was only in the File Explorer and around the folders


Is there any other I can enable dark mode so it also works like operating system-wide like in Edge, Mozilla, etc. I tried many different tutorials but only went till the File explorer and that was it.


For your Information I am running Windows 10 Pro version 1903 which just downloaded yesterday through an update. There is a light theme in it I like but I want the same thing but much dark not a darkisk grey but a true oled like black accent.

Dark Mode Win32 theme for Windows 10?

No there's still no Dark Mode Windows 10 theme already made by history. Or even a 3rd part theme, where things are more customizable. All themes there are just first party support not 3rd party. Still surprised no one dare or thought of this?

Change Default App Mode to Light or Dark Theme in Windows 10

To get a "dark mode" for file explorer you need to use "Color Filter" in ease of access, and that will change all your color settings on the whole system, icons, wallpaper, settings, app color mode(need to switch to light so it will become dark) inclusive. what it does is just invert all color settings. After switching to invert, you will need to re theme your system.
