Windows 10: Upgrade issues from 1803 to 1903

Hello,


I am trying to upgrade my desktop from Windows 10 version 1803 to 1903 and continue to run into errors. The install from Media Creation Tool, as the Windows Update says my computer is up to date but isnt, fails around 75% and then has to revert everything back which allows me to use my computer. The error during the upgrade install that I get is "PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA" and the code when the system comes back up is "The installation failed at the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation. 0xC1900101 – 0x40017". I have done everything that I can think of including googling the issue. Steps that I have tried are Troubleshooting Windows Update, I ran memtest86 which came back with no errors found in my memory and I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic. I turned off the paging file for the system, uninstalled the antivirus, checked to make sure that all drivers are up to date, ran chkdsk /f / r, ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and sfc /scan. As well, I attempted to run the Windows Start Up Repair but that is the only thing that failed. I am not 100% committed to doing a clean install, I don't like to be beaten by this, but I am running out of things to try here. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Local profile issue after upgrading to 1903

Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

I cannot get my Windows 10 desktop to install feature upgrade version 1903. I'm stuck on 1803 and can't find a way to upgrade to 1903.
