Windows 10: W10 build 1903 + 980TI

I just updated to build 1903 and now my 980TI is having problems.

The best way I can describe it is that it's "blinking". It's flashing a blank screen for a fraction of a second twice in rapid succession - at random times... but it seems to happen more often during wholesale screen changes, such as maximizing or minimizing a window or starting a new window.

It never did this before. I've checked for further updates - there are none. No graphics settings changed (that I know of). The graphics driver was not altered (that I know of).

The only thing that changed was my update to build 1903.

How do I fix this?

Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:
