Windows 10: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR Description and dump files inside

Have been having problems with BSOD since I bought a new upgrade kit for my computer three years ago. I've gotten different errors through the years using Windows 7, 8 and 10 and several graphics cards. I have been trying some simple fixes like updating every driver I can find, making sure the computer is relatively dust free, monitoring heat etc. I wouldn't be surprised if the problem is, and always has been, one or several faulty processing cores.

The computer freezes very seldom at complete random and very often when playing Skyrim/Fallout/The Division.

Dumpfiles Dump files should be attached. Please let me know if any further information is needed.

No memory.dmp file created on BSOD

when there is a problem with the disk drive or its controller, windows can not write a dump file.

But as WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR is a fatal hardware error, you should run a RAM test, and a disk drive test:

Laptop crashes on waking up from sleep since installation of Windows 10

All the crash Dump Analysis are similar to the last one below. What should I do?

My work around has been to avoid using sleep mode... but this mode is handy and I would prefer fixing this bug...

Laptop works great otherwise...

There are no drivers for your motherboard for Windows 10 so a BIOS update isn't possible.

Running Prime95 gives BSOD within 20s. Not sure if you wanted new dump files.

 

A CPU replacement is suggested.
