Windows 10: Win 10 1903 Features Upgrade

Discus and support Win 10 1903 Features Upgrade in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I downloaded and installed the latest Win 10 - 1903 feature upgrade this morning. 1.     Win 10 1903 Features Upgrade


    I downloaded and installed the latest Win 10 - 1903 feature upgrade this morning.


    1. I was forced to log back in to much of my gaming software.


    2. After the upgrade I was left with a light blue glaring desktop background that had to be deleted, it was just too bright for comfort.


    3. On start up I now get this daft message on the desktop in broken English. *Application will be closed

    The DWM or Graphic Card has some issues that the application can not

    be ran correctly.


    This is not the quality of service that I have come to expect from Microsoft.


    What is going wrong and will you please post a fix for these problems?

    Win 10 1803 to 1903 update

    My Desktop computer running Win 10 updated from version 1803 to 1903 a while back, but my Desktop running Win 10 version 1803

    I'm assuming the update 1803 to 1903 has now resumed after the earlier problems caused a suspension?

    Any thoughts, suggestions?

    Hello,

    I tried all suggestions up to upgrading to 1903 from

    step 1 in fixes. I also tried step 2. None of the fixes

    solved the problem. I am not willing to upgrade to

    1903 - not during the first month of availability! Do

    you take me for a fool? Windows Update continues

    to be the most unreliable component of Win 10.

    Not listed in the Known.

    Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


    As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


    I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

    Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

    Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image
