Windows 10: Windows 10 1903 questions

I have clean installed 1903 recently so Im still getting used to the way Windows Updates works with 1903.
I don't manually checked for updates, I just let Windows Update do it automatically when Windows Updates are ready. However, This morning in Windows Update Ive just got Updates Available with a yellow exclamation mark. Directly underneath the message is the following :-
2019-06 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64 (KB4502584)
Status Pending Download
Updates are ready to download
and a grey Download button

All previous updates have been pushed automatically as normal. Is there a reason why this hasn't downloaded automatically? What should I do with this Update?

Underneath that there is a line and the following :-
Additional Updates Available
2019-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4501375)
Download and Install Now in blue

What are Additional Updates? What should I do with this Additional Update?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Local profile issue after upgrading to 1903

Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.
