after windows 10 may 2019 update (version 1903) , when i try to shutdown the PC, i get the following message "There are currently no power options available............................."


all the solutions from search engines do not work including but not limited to : No Close Registry key;

user rights on security policy; dism /online .. ; windows update ......bla bla ... etc.


anyone has real solution that worked 100%. Please advise.

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.
