    Windows 10 May 2019 Update Build 1903


    Hello,


    Anyone else have downloaded and installed the May 2019 update? Did you experience the same issue I encountered last night? I'm not sure if it's an update issue or computer issue. I was on 1803 and I updated it to 1903. Installation and application of update took time for about 4 hours. After it got to the desktop, I noticed I no longer have LAN and Wireless connection. Both are missing. Sound driver is also missing, On and Off Features also not working. All of my preloaded OEM app from ASUS are also having issues. I checked DXDIAG and my computer details including system and BIOS are all set to N/A seems like it's identity was also deleted.


    Any reason to this? Now I am reinstalling Windows. Not sure if it's worth another try to update from clean install.

    Not listed in the Known.

    Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903


    As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


    I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

    Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

    Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image

      • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
    • The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.
