    Protected mode and password not recognized

    I'm in protected mode, without network conection and the Windows don't recognize my password, I'm stuck in the login screen and even hit F8 on initialization screen, it doesn't changes to ms-dos like menu for choose between the kinds of Windows startups.
    Does anyone know what can I do to avoid this? I'm using Windows 10.

    Why have you got dos on windows 10. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure dos is not compatible with windows anymore.

    Do you mean that it's stuck in Safe Mode with Command Prompt like below?

    If so, then you could pick up at step 2 in OPTION THREE of the tutorial below to boot back to normal mode with Windows 10.
