Windows 10: Windows 10 update 1903 8/6/2019

Windows updated last night - version 1903. I can't see much else about the update because I am logged on with a temporary profile and am told that I need a 'new app' to see what's new. What's new is that all of my personal settings are gone, I don't get logged in to OneDrive, and none of my Office 365 apps are on the taskbar. What happened and how do I fix it in a way that won't require an IT degree?

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.
