Windows 10: Windows 10 Update to 1903 runnng issues

I hope some one can help... since updating to windows 10 1903 my desktop computer has lost my personal files such as users, and wont let me access the sign into options in settings, nor am I able to print.. At first after updating it said that I needed to repair search indexing. I think I did that by rebuilding it. But it seems that there is other issues going on with it and I am now stuck as the administrator and everytime I try to setup a local user account or even family, I finish with what I believe is making the account and then get back into it and there isn't anything there but just me as administrator. I believe im missing a lot of settings that may be in a windows old file that I saw. Not quite sure tho. I unfortunately didn't back up so I really don't have a restore point or a good back up I guess.. please if anyone knows how to help me I really would appreciate it. ty

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

Windows 10 download speed issues

Try this method:

• First of all from Start Menu, open Settings (Type settings in the search bar and it will appear).
• locate and select “Update and Security“.
• in this window, Locate “Advanced Options”. Click on it.
• In Advanced Options; Click on “Choose How Updates are Delivered“.
• Turn off Updates from more than one place.
