Windows 10: Windows 1903 overheating issue

I updated to windows 1903 about a week ago and my PC has been a bit laggy.(i7 8750h w/ RTX 2060) I didn't care a lot until today, when my CPU started overheating and instead of running at 40-45 degrees Celcius it started running at 60 a normal stuff such as web browsing. Has anybody been noticing this as well? This could be a hardware or software issue I am not sure.

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Overheating Issue, I Think.

Thanks for the suggestions guys/gals but i don't think i'm ready for a whole new computer, i just wanted to fix the issue of overheating but i am pretty sure that i would be getting a new video card near november but i was also planning to get a macbook for a laptop.
