Windows 10: Windows Defender is to over protective

Hi there. I have problem in my laptop. Windows Defender considers my application to be a virus. For example, when I open the Steam, a warning sign always appears with a code 0xc0000005. So, if I want to open the application I have to add that apllication to Exclusions in Windows Defender or I reinstall aplication.

Windows defender real time protection cant be turned on.

Go to Security and Maintenance, look in 'Security' and see what program is listed under Virus Protection. Windows Defender will not be enabled and functioning properly if there is a program other than Windows Defender listed.

You tried all suggestions in my previous post and Windows Defender “real time protection”
still will not turn on?

• Press Windows key + X key and type services.msc,
  hit enter.
• Search Windows Defender Service.:1)Windows Defender Service ; 2)

• Restart your computer and check if issue persist.
