    In my case, this tool does not work. Purchased an ALCATEL one touch FierceXL the other day from TM, installed the updated tool today. When starting the app the phone icon appears and states that it does not recognize the device manufacturer, but the laptop it's connected to automatically recognized it as the FierceXL without issue. Think they may have jumped the gun on this one a bit.

    I wnt to rollback to w8.1 from w10 tech prev.

    when I'm tring to do it with device recovery tool, after 10-20mb of dl it stopped and shows failed to download...

    is there any other way to do this...?

    Yeah same here with Alcatel, doesn't detect it. I'm patiently waiting to wipe it so I can put .107 on it *Biggrin
