    I understand your concern and will assist you to resolve this issue.

    Method 1: I suggest you to login with Admin Account and create a new user account and check.

    Refer the link below to add an account to the PC.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows-10/getstarted-set-up-accounts

    If the issue persist follow method 2.

    Method 2: I suggest you to update to the latest Build
    14251 and check if it helps.

    Yes. I had just turned my Insider PC on and checked for updates. Got and installed Defender definitions. The followup check for updates got 17110.
