Do you have created or have your rescue media as suggested before enabling driver verifier?

Alright, I hope rescue media works too from a VM.

I'll pm you a download link for rescue media windows 10 pro x64, I hope the difference between windows 10 and windows 10 pro doesn't matter with rescue media.

Really odd, it seems that my VM doesn't recognize the USB.

Try to get into the troubleshooting options by pressing f9 on boot until you see a loading screen.

You mean keep pressing f9 until something happens?

Or shift + f8, don't know exactly what keys you have to press to get the troubleshooting options.

  10. How do I know what key should I press? F8 and shift + F8 doesn't work.

Try: press F9 on booting up (right after you power on and see the ASUS logo), you should then be able to access system recovery.

Please check this link for downloading the windows media tool.
The download is 3GB, you can install windows again with this tool, but also go into the repair options.

Follow this tutorial for creating the tool.

Once the media has been created on a USB, boot from it.

Note Instead of choosing an ISO file, click on USB Flash drive at step 5 from option 2

When I enter this link, it downloads the ISO file, not windows media tool. What should I do with the ISO file?

Go to the advanced options, open command prompt and type verifier/reset
After that try to boot normally.
